1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using Route Talent Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use our services. Employers must represent a genuine business or hiring entity.

3. Accounts & Registration

Candidates and employers are responsible for providing accurate information and for keeping their account details confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Free & Premium Services

• Candidate registration and resume upload are free.
• Employer job posting is free and unlimited.
• Premium plans (₹100 / 30 days) grant 25 "clicks" — resume unlocks for employers, or company views/applications for candidates.
• Premium access expires after 30 days or once all 25 clicks are used, whichever is earlier.

5. Payments & Refunds

Premium subscriptions are purchased via WhatsApp and paid through UPI. Payments for premium access are generally non-refundable once activated, except where required by law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to post false, misleading, unlawful, or discriminatory content, not to misuse candidate data, and not to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform.

7. No Guarantee of Outcome

Route Talent Solutions is a connection platform. We do not guarantee employment for candidates or successful hires for employers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Route Talent Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
